If you're looking for a light, fluffy and super tasty chocolate donut, look no further! This awesome donut recipe makes 12 donuts with 65 calories, 8.5 gms protein, 3.4gms carbs and less than 2 gms of fat per donut!
1 scoop Ketogenics Zero Carb Unflavored protein powder
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 medium eggs
80 gms low carb flour of your choice (we used the Ketogenics flour replacement recipe)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp baking powder
65 gm black cocoa powder
50 gms Erythritol (Swerve) sugar replacement
50 gms powder Erythritol (Swerve) brown sugar replacement
117 gms plain Greek Yogurt
125 gms zucchini (shredded and drained)
Shred, drain and squeeze water from zucchini
Mix all wet ingredients together
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix dry and wet ingredients together
Spray a donut pan and pour better in. Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes
Mix a little peanut butter powder with some Greek yogurt
Spread icing on top of donuts once donuts are cooled
Calories 65, Protein 85 grams, Carbs 3.4 grams, Fat 1.9 grams
